If your FIRMAN product arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong product altogether, please call 1-844-FIRMAN1 (1-844-347-6261). We’ll give you a Return Authorization right away and gladly arrange for a replacement as well. We will also cover the necessary fees required to ship your FIRMAN product.
